Pippi i Sørhavet (Pocketbok)

My kid laughed out loud at the part where Pippi outwits the pirates on Kurrekurredutt Island, and the paperback's print size is comfortable for bedtime reading. We've already reread the island-king scene three times, and it's just as fun each time.

We read a chapter every night before bed, and the Kurrekurredutt Island adventure has become our favorite part of the week — Tommy and Annika's excitement is contagious. The paperback is light enough for my 8-year-old to hold herself, which she loves.

My daughter laughed out loud at the part where Pippi throws the pirates overboard—the paperback pages are nice and thick, so it’s held up through two bedtime readings already. We’re onto the island party scenes now and she keeps asking to read “just one more chapter” every night.
