How to Use a BonBon Online Shop Gift Card

Quick answer

To use your BonBon Online Shop Gift Card, enter the unique code during checkout. The value is deducted from your order total automatically.

Steps to redeem your gift card

1. Add items to your cart: Browse the BonBon online shop and add the products you want to your shopping cart. Ensure the total is at least the value of your gift card to fully use it. Check that your cart total covers the gift card amount to avoid leaving a small balance unused.
2. Proceed to checkout: Click on the cart icon and then the 'Checkout' button. You will be taken to the order summary page.
3. Enter the gift card code: In the payment section, look for the 'Gift Card' or 'Discount Code' field. Enter your gift card code exactly as it appears, including any hyphens or spaces. Codes are case-sensitive. Copy and paste to avoid typos.
4. Apply the code: Click the 'Apply' button next to the code field. The gift card value will be deducted from your order total. If the code is not accepted, double-check for errors or contact customer support.
5. Complete your purchase: Choose a payment method for any remaining balance, if applicable, and finalize your order. You will receive a confirmation email. Save the confirmation email for your records.
